Cyma Almakky
Her journey with the Quran began 20 years ago, and she has since considered herself a lifelong student, continually uncovering insights and applying them to daily life. Her focus is on exploring the contemporary, philosophical, and psychological dimensions of the Quran, understanding how these aspects promote clarity, peace, and growth in mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Cyma also teaches the Quran, empowering individuals to connect with Allah (SWT) in their own way. Her approach fosters self-sufficiency, helping people navigate their spiritual journey free from fear and doubt, leading to a deeper, personal connection with both the Quran and Allah (SWT).
With 24 years of experience as a designer and businesswoman in the fashion and interior design industries, Cyma has recently shifted her focus to ventures that promote mental independence and agency. Above all, she is driven by a desire to contribute meaningfully to the Ummah.
Academically, Cyma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and is a certified English language teacher (RSA/CELTA).
